Masking sensors respond to lacquer or paint covering, but large raindrops can trick the sensors. The Hood protects the MotionProtect Outdoor in bad weather, preventing false alarms from the anti-masking system.
Installation without dismantling
The Hood can be attached to the MotionProtect Outdoor detector without removing the device from its mount. The package includes everything needed for installation.
