1. TERMS OF USE

These “Terms of Use” (hereinafter – “Terms”) apply to all users of the website operated by “Satalit” SIA, Reg. No. 40203025757, Legal address: Ozolu iela 2a, Dreiliņi, Latvia, LV‑2130 (hereinafter – “Seller”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”).

Please read the Terms carefully before placing an order. We may update the Terms from time to time; therefore, please review them before making a new purchase.

We undertake to fulfill your order within the specified time and scope, according to the product and service descriptions.

You may place orders 24/7, except during maintenance or technical interruptions.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide. You confirm that you are at least 16 years old and will not engage in actions that compromise the security of the Website.

We are not responsible for inaccurate or incomplete data provided by you.

By placing an order, you agree that we may entrust third parties (e.g., delivery services) with the execution of the contract while retaining full responsibility.

The Seller may amend the Terms unilaterally. The updated version becomes effective upon publication unless stated otherwise.

By using the Website and/or purchasing goods or services, you confirm that you understand and agree to the Terms and will follow updates.

Once a purchase is made (with or without logging in), or an order is accepted via phone or email, the Buyer is deemed to have accepted the Terms.

If you do not agree with the Terms, please do not use our Website.

2. SUBJECT OF THE TERMS

These Terms define the procedure for ordering, payment, delivery, and return of goods, as well as the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Buyer and the Seller.

The purpose of the Terms is to regulate the distance contract between the Seller and the Buyer, ensuring a clear, transparent, and secure purchasing process, including information about products, prices, delivery, warranty, returns, and other related aspects.

The Terms apply to all goods and services listed on the Website while they remain available for ordering.

3. PURCHASE AND PAYMENT PROCEDURE

The Buyer places an order according to the instructions in the “How to Buy” section.

Conclusion of the transaction: after placing the order (“Pay” or “Order” button), the Buyer receives an automatic confirmation email.

Payment methods:

  • Payment cards (Visa, Mastercard) via Klix

  • Internet banking: Swedbank, Luminor, Paysera, Citadele

  • Bank transfer: an invoice is sent to the email

  • Cash payments are not available

The Seller may limit payment methods due to technical reasons.

4. DELIVERY POLICY

Delivery options:

  • Latvijas Pasts – €2.59

  • Omniva parcel terminal – €2.59

  • Courier – €6.50

Delivery costs are shown during checkout.

Delivery begins after payment is received. 90% of orders are shipped the same day.

If delays occur, the Seller will contact the Buyer.

5. REFUND POLICY

Goods can be returned without a formal request.

Return address: bezvadu.lv, Ozolu iela 2a, Dreiliņi or send via Omniva TC Sāga (recipient: +371 29 87 80 81).

Refunds are issued within 1–7 days (excluding delivery costs).
Return shipping costs are covered by the Buyer unless the item is defective.
Refunds are issued using the same payment method the customer used for the transaction.  

6. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Disputes are resolved through negotiation. If unresolved, the Buyer may submit a written complaint (review within 15 days). If still unresolved — PTAC or court.

7. LIABILITY AND PRIVACY

The Seller is not responsible for losses caused by improper use of the product. Privacy is protected according to the “Privacy Policy”.
