To trigger an alarm, both DoubleButton buttons must be pressed simultaneously. The buttons are firm and separated by a plastic barrier, ensuring no false alarms from carrying the button in a pocket or bag.

DoubleButton supports confirmed alarms, requiring users to follow a specific press sequence to activate an alert. This feature guarantees 100% intentional activation by authorized users only, preventing false alarms and unnecessary security responses.
Guaranteed alarm signal delivery
The emergency button communicates with the hub via the two-way Jeweller radio protocol with a range of up to 1300 meters. A blinking LED indicator confirms successful signal transmission.
Jeweller encrypts transmitted data to prevent device spoofing. In case of interference, Ajax automatically switches to a free radio frequency, and in the event of jamming, it alerts users and the security company.

Triggering an alarm is the primary function of DoubleButton, but not the only one. After sending an alert, it can activate all or specific sirens on-site, as well as trigger automation scenarios, such as starting a smoke machine, locking electronic doors, or lowering security shutters.
