ReX is an Ajax security system radio signal repeater that expands the protected area. It manages connected devices, allowing them to be placed far from the hub—in a multi-story office, a detached garage, or a large industrial site. By connecting up to five repeaters, you can extend the system’s radio coverage up to 35 km².

A Reliable Link Between Devices and the Hub

All security devices in your system—or only a selected few—can operate through ReX. The number of devices connected to the repeater does not affect the speed of alarm transmission.

Enhances Security

ReX creates an autonomous group of sensors within the system. If, for any reason, radio communication with the hub is lost, ReX takes control—it receives the alarm signal from the sensor and activates the siren, drawing attention to the incident and deterring intruders.

ReX runs on OS Malevich, making it as reliable as the hub itself. It manages connected devices and makes instant decisions. With free OS Malevich updates, ReX will continue to evolve, expanding its role in the security system.

Protection Against Attacks

ReX is safeguarded at both the software and hardware levels. OS Malevich is immune to viruses and cyberattacks. The device cannot be hacked, as all data is encrypted. Even a sudden power outage won’t be an issue—ReX is equipped with a high-capacity backup battery.

Intuitive Installation and Setup

To add ReX to your system, simply scan the QR code in the Ajax app, name the device, and turn it on. Then, select the devices that will operate through the repeater and mount ReX in a secure location without disassembling the casing. Done!
